My signature buttercream is an American style frosting, sweet and made with all butter, no shortening. I also love a European style meringue buttercream which is less sweet and very creamy; if you prefer that style just let me know!

snowball cake: chocolate cake frosted with vanilla buttercream, covered in coconut
red velvet: filled with your choice of vanilla or cream cheese buttercream

german chocolate: light chocolate layers filled and topped with coconut-pecan frosting
the snow queen: vanilla cake layers filled with raspberry purée and frosted with vanilla buttercream

your choice of vanilla sponge or vanilla cake filled with lemon curd and frosted with lemon buttercream
pina colada: coconut cake filled with pineapple compote, frosted with vanilla buttercream
aunt libby’s coconut cream cake: coconut cake with pecans, frosted with cream cheese and covered in coconut
carrot cake: with pecans, pineapple, raisins and coconut added; frosted with cream cheese buttercream
